All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Denmark to ensure the highest quality control and authentic handling of our design pieces.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.
How should I care for my ceramic and fiber concrete items?
Most of our vases are not 100% waterproof due to the nature of the materials. We recommend using a plastic insert for fresh flowers or placing the item on a protective surface to prevent moisture damage.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
As our products are often fragile, we take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging for a replacement.
Are your lighting fixtures compatible with international electrical standards?
Our lighting collection is designed following EU standards (CE certified). For customers outside the EU, a local adapter or professional rewiring by an electrician may be required.
